This strategic move will include rebranding to Coldwell Banker Allied Real Estate. The creation of “Allied” is a testament to the firm’s dedication to growth and commitment to providing top-notch real estate services. Carolina Legacy, LLC, the Holding Company is owned by local businessmen Marvin Shearin and Steve Wordsworth.
